  • Usage of these data is made freely available for any non-commercial or not-for-profit purposes, but we ask that researches make reference to Lebzelter et al. (2012, A&A 539, A109).

  • Pipeline-reduced data are the result of a standardized data reduction process that cannot be tuned to individual cases. The user may wish to download the raw data to achieve better results optimized for their science case of interest. The CRIRES-POP team will provide improved data reduction products and a complete spectrum of each star from 1 to 5 mu at a later date.

SUMMARY

The CRIRES-POP project aims to obtain a library of high-resolution, high S/N spectra from 1 to 5 µm for stars all across the HRD. The CRIRES instrument at ESO's VLT is used for this task. On this webpage the data will be made available.

NEWS: First complete spectrum to be published very soon!!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

CRIRES-POP is based on observations made with ESO telescopes at the La Silla Paranal Observatory under programme ID 084.D-0912, 085.D-0161, 086.D-0066, 087.D-0195, and 088.D-0109. The CRIRES-POP team thanks the staff of the observatory for their support!
